Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA (For Domestic Customers)

We ship within 3-5 working days from the date of order. Delivery timeline for PAN India is 5-10 business days. For queries, WhatsApp or call us at  9997881123.

SHIPPING Outside India (For International Customers)

Delivery timeline for international orders is 7-20 days depending upon the destination. Shipping charges will reflect and shown according to the customer location and their postal code. 

ORDER COMMUNICATION

You will receive order-related emails in two stages.

1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.
2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our unit to your address. You will receive updates of the order on email , sms and whatsapp.

Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted 3 times before the shipment is returned to our place. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete addresses or wrong telephone numbers.
 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@risate.in.
