🚚 Reverse Pickup — We arrange pickup (since its freshly made to order, reverse pickup fee of ₹200 deducted from refunds). If pickup isn't available in your area, self-ship with your Order ID on the package. No reverse pickup fee is charged in this case of self ship.

❌ Cancellations — Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing (store credit issued for prepaid). Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
